Using Active Curiosity to improve work
Following a serious accident, the Environment Agency implemented a different approach to improving the workplace. They have implemented a system that requires team leaders and managers to engage with their work force in conversations that explore what work is actually like.
Nigel Heaton will talk about at how the Environment Agency have used Active Curiosity to drive improvements in the organisation.
Nigel is a Chartered Fellow of the CIEHF, a CMIOSH with more than 40 years as a practicing ergonomist and safety professional. He is a founding director of Human Applications which has been delivering ergonomics, health, safety and wellbeing services for over 30 years.
The session will provide an opportunity to network, share ideas and experiences associated with HF.
