Human Factors in Probation
Join us and hear a short talk from Katrina D'Austin, about how Human Factors is being used to develop an open learning culture within the Probation Service.
Katrina will set out some of the common challenges that exist within the Probation Service and how a human factors informed approach is being used to overcome some of these. She will be keen to hear from you how Human Factors might be used in its widest context to better enable those working in Probation to deliver and be their best.
