Introduction to Human Factors and Non-Technical Skills (PPWD)
Who should attend
The course is tailored to be deliverable to all roles and experience levels from the frontline to the boardroom.
Why should you attend?
People do what they do because it makes sense to do so. Therefore, to create environments that cause no harm to humans, we must take a holistic view to understand why we do what we do! Only then can meaningful change result.

A deep and rich understanding of the Non-Technical Skills categories and how these relate to everyday safety critical tasks. An understanding supported by a wealth of tools, tips and techniques to identify hazards and risks, and how to manage them in ourselves and others.
Assessment
None or Formative assessment.
What’s included?
2-Days facilitated learning followed up with a comprehensive set of post-course materials.
