Jenny, the Company Director and Human Factors Specialist at Wood Street Solutions Ltd, supports NHS Trusts to better utilise human factors. A Chartered member of the CIEHF since 2002, she has been assessing membership applications since 2023.

Helen is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Aberdeen and the lead for patient safety. She has been assessing membership applications for the CIEHF since 2020 after becoming a Chartered member in 2019 and gaining Fellowship in 2024.
