Human Factors in the Design and Operation of Ventilators for Covid-19

This course is designed to introduce the science of Human Factors and how it can improve quality and safety in areas such as medication safety, teamwork, device design and analysing adverse incidents.

A Systems Approach to investigating and learning from patient safety incident course has been designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to take a systems approach to learning responses including investigations.

Raising the awareness, understanding, and application of Human Factors in healthcare, specifically focussed on Theatre staff (both clinical and non-clinical) in order to improve staff and patients’ safety and wellbeing.
