A systems approach to investigating and learning from patient safety incidents
Who should attend?
This CPD course is aimed at those who lead investigations and other learning responses and those in Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) oversight roles. The course meets the minimum training requirement of this specific element of the new PSIRF.

- Understand the importance of collaboratively developing system focused safety recommendations
