Anidya Ganguli, Rammohan College, India. Chair of the IEA International Development Standing Committee, advisor on the needs of Federated Societies, especially those from LMICs.
Rosemary Seva, De La Salle University, Philippines. Chair of the IEA Science Technology & Practice Standing Committee, liaison with IEA Technical Committees for scientific submissions, reviewing, paper acceptances/rejects, keynotes.
Martin Rodriguez, Toyota, Argentina. Chair of the IEA Communications & Public Relations Standing Committee, provides support for communicating updates about the Congress.
Programme Committee
Remit: to liaise with IEA Technical Committees and the Scientific Committees; to oversee submission reviews; to advise on the scientific direction of the congress; to propose the congress programme; to agree session chairs; to assist with journal special issues.

Scientific Committee
Remit: to promote the conference within their networks, encouraging high‑quality submissions and helping broaden participation across regions, institutions and career stages.
Reviewers
Remit: to evaluate submitted research papers, case studies and workshop proposals to rate their originality, methodological soundness, clarity and relevance to the congress themes.
Operations & Logistics
Organising Committee
Remit: to liaise with and manage supplier relationships; to design, set up and oversee systems for delegate ticketing, presenter submissions and reviews; to manage speaker liaison; to manage stakeholder and partner relationships; to manage delegate liaison and promotional communications; to manage the award ceremony; to assist and support committee chairs; to oversee and manage the congress on the day.
