Time to get involved!

It’s almost time for our annual Ergonomics & Human Factors Conference with a packed programme covering the latest topics and debate in human factors and ergonomics. This year’s flagship event blends the best of online and in-person meetings to give you the chance to join the debate and connect with other professionals from around the world to share research, insight and opinions.

It’s a great opportunity to find out what’s happening in our discipline and it’s not too late to book your place. The online sessions will be held on April 11 and 12, with ticket holders also able to access on-demand content. Topics will include sustainability, defence, automation and UX, and there’s a chance to find out more about the Institute’s work at our AGM.

The in-person event kicks off in Birmingham on April 25 with Professor Neville Stanton’s Broadbent Lecture on automated vehicles. That’s followed by sessions on subjects including healthcare, technology and rail.

All tickets include access to the conference app, connecting you directly to other delegates, speakers and sponsors. You’ll also receive a digital book of the conference proceedings, Contemporary Ergonomics and Human Factors 2022.
