- Musculoskeletal disorders, stress, depression, anxiety, and eyesight
- Identify and minimise hazards, risks, and workplace stressors
- Other health and safety considerations: trips/falls, manual handling
- Different types of DSE users
- Office equipment: chairs, desks, sit-stand desks, monitors, keyboards, mouse devices, reading/writing slopes etc.
- How to select the right equipment?
- Practical workstation setup: sit-stand desks, hot desking, shared workstations and home-working setups
- Environmental factors: lighting, noise, ventilation, room temperature, humidity etc.
- Special needs and pregnancy considerations
- Breaks and movement strategies
- Conducting virtual/remote assessments
