About this webinar

Ever struggled to explain what human factors actually means or why it matters? You’re not alone.

Elements of human factors are often called different things by organisations and maybe dealt with in different departments, so combining them all into a single 'thing' is tricky.

  • Explain human factors in clear, relatable terms.
  • Make the benefits obvious to those outside the field.
  • Use stories, data and examples that resonate.
  • Build persuasive arguments to attract support and funding.
Whether you’re a human factors practitioner, a project manager or simply someone who wants to make human factors more visible and valued, this session will give you tools and top tips to get your message heard and understood.
