This interactive kick-off session is your opportunity to help shape the network. Together, we'll discuss the topics, activities and support that would make the biggest difference to you and other early career professionals.
We'll explore questions such as:

- What challenges or opportunities do you think early career human factors professionals would benefit from discussing together?
- What types of activities or discussions would you find most valuable?
- What skills, topics or areas of human factors would you like to learn more about?
Whether you're just starting out or have a few years of experience, your perspective is really valuable. We'll use your feedback to build a programme of events that reflects the needs and interests of this Network.
