Demonstrating the Benefits of Human Factors
Demonstrating the value and impact of Human Factors is something many of us struggle with, particularly in complex, safety‑critical systems where benefits are rarely simple, linear, or easily measurable.
This cross‑sector learning circle brings together HF practitioners from different industries to explore how we currently articulate, evidence, and communicate HF benefits, and where the challenges still lie.
Participants will share perspectives, experiences, and approaches from their own sectors, focusing on how HF value is currently demonstrated, the challenges commonly encountered, and how these challenges are being navigated.
We will be exploring the following questions:
