Where human factors meets leadership

Creating organisations where people feel empowered and valued

About this webinar

Leadership and culture shape the workplace environment and influence employee performance, satisfaction and overall organisational success. Effective leadership provides clear direction, fosters motivation and establishes a sense of trust, all of which are essential for team cohesion and productivity. Leaders who actively support and engage with their teams create an atmosphere where employees feel valued and empowered to contribute their best efforts.

Culture, on the other hand, encompasses the shared values, behaviours and norms within an organisation, setting the tone for how people interact and approach their work. A positive workplace culture encourages collaboration, respect and innovation, allowing employees to feel comfortable sharing ideas and taking initiative. Together, leadership and culture create a foundation for resilience and adaptability, making the workplace not only a more productive environment but also a more fulfilling one for employees.

In this webinar in a fireside chat format, Guy Osmond puts questions to Chris Allen that include leadership challenges, common mistakes, influences on leadership styles and demonstrating the culture leaders want to build - and answers questions from the audience.
