About the speaker

Kimberley Harding is a Chartered Senior Human Factors Engineer at WSP, specialising in neuro-inclusive rail design and cognitive ergonomics. She’s Co-Chair of the Railway Industry Neurodiversity Community (RINC) and is currently completing a PhD at Durham University exploring neurodiversity in rail.
