As a former Instructor at the European Space Agency, she has trained astronauts, mission control teams, and Antarctic explorers. Susan now applies her unique expertise to help organisations in high-stakes industries enhance team performance, improve decision-making, and reduce human error. She holds an MSc in Human Factors and Safety in Aeronautics from Cranfield University and is the founder and Director of Charlesworth Human Performance Ltd.
