This collaborative webinar between the CIEHF and the Indian Society of Ergonomics (ISE) focuses on the issues being faced by the Indian Informal and Migratory Labour during the pandemic and what remedial measures were taken.
You’ll hear about the 94% of women who are employed in the unorganised sector in India, most of whom lost their jobs and now have financial difficulties. You’ll also learn about the impact of the pandemic on the income of the rural informal workers, especially those who were involved in the agriculture sector.
