Booking terms & conditions

On receipt of your booking, we will send you an invoice, so please ensure all details on the form are correct.
The booking invoice must be paid within 30 days or immediately if the booking is made within four weeks of the start of the event.
You must book the minimum of a Day Delegate Ticket for each person manning your exhibition stand but all tickets are open to you, according to availability.
Your logo and marketing material will be used to promote your participation. We kindly ask you to join our promotional efforts through your own social media and networking channels and tag us using #EHF2025.
In the exceptional case that we have to cancel the event, please see our event terms and conditions.
