You'll learn the difference between human factors, ergonomics, Human Factors Engineering (HFE) and Human Factors Integration (HFI), and the impact on HFE of the emerging field of Human Augmentation.
You'll also hear about the origin and development of HFI from the US’s MANPRINT (Manpower and Personnel Integration) initiative. And we'll look at the MOD’s HFI process and its future challenges.
